In their letter<https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/correspondence/marby-to-jelinek-10may18-en.pdf>, ICANN again seeks forbearance of enforcement during implementation, and pushes back on the last Art 29 guidance in ways that could be helpful for accredited access by third parties.
