[bylaws-coord] Work on CWG Stewardship bylaws

Please use this mailing list for work relating to the bylaws so we all  can stay coordinated.   There is a lot to get done over the next 4 weeks.

Dear Sam,

Thank-you for this update. We have since received a follow-up question from Sidley as to the next steps relating to CWG Stewardship.

Lise and I have met and can confirm that the current procedure in the CWG is as follows:


1.       Sidley draft bylaws pertaining to the work of the CWG Stewardship (complete)

2.       CWG prepare responses to issues and questions raised in 1 above (Substantially complete)

3.       Sidley review responses and integrate into a revised draft of 1 above (imminent - to be instructed)

4.       Revised draft of 1 above transmitted to ICANN legal for co-operative further drafting / development with Sidley.

Please could you confirm that the above is consistent with the outcome of the meeting during the evening of the 7th March.
