Thanks Bruce.  On behalf of our team, we are grateful for the constructive and positive engagement with Sidley's team, and Adler's Team.  We were so very impressed with their work ethic, level of knowledge and dedication to ICANN's evolution to a model of greater community empowerment. 

We should add to the Tonkin Award all of the community members who are part of the proposing working groups and Bylaws Coordination Group, the board, our external lawyers, and the broader community -- each having improved the New Bylaws through their careful and thoughtful inputs, explanations and analysis, and through the attention to the details.

The dedication and passion throughout our community is reflected in this process, and it is evidenced in the way that the process ended.  After the community's debate - our job was merely to reflect the community's wishes within the legal structure, and with the help of our esteemed colleagues this part is done.   

Now let's push on to the next important steps.
