[Capacity-Building-WG] Teleconference

Hi Sala, Tijani
If I remember right, there was a discussion on the potential overlap
between the ATLAS 2 survey and our survey. There was a suggestion that
since we were largely interested in the capacity aspect (present capacity
as well as gaps), we needn't collect other information (which we can get
from ATLAS2), but I don't think we took a final call on this. If we can
decide on this aspect, we can quickly wrap it up and go ahead.

Perhaps Dev can add to this discussion since he was there in both the
meetings at Durban.

BTW, the page history indicates that it has not been edited since 18 July,
so this looks like the current version
