[Capacity-Building-WG] [ALAC] Reminder - 2017 Capacity Building

Dear Tijani and Narine,

A couple of ideas…

I am sure that ICANN Security Staff (especially Dave Piscitello) have a range of excellent security topics that they could present on.

Also, if you wish, I could reach out to another SSAC Member to provide a seminar on "Best Practices for Preserving Security and Stability in the Credential Management Lifecycle” based on SAC074.

ICANN staff are probably best placed to approach ICANN Security Staff, but I am happy to make the approach on Credentials Management, if you think that would be of interest.

Cheers, Julie

Dear Tijani and all,

Fully support the proposal by Julie and was about to write to the list about the need to held another meeting on security trends impacting registrants and end users. Maybe, a series of webinars can be dedicated to that topic, if experts have time.

Thank you,

Dear Tijani,

I have reached out to Rod Rasmussen to see whether he would be willing to deliver another session on "Current security trends impacting registrants and end users” as he did in October. I think the topic and material is very relevant and still current. If you want him to do this, he has said that about the middle of the year would be good timing for him.

Cheers, Julie
