Dear Glenn and Dev:

Your points are well taken. I am glad that the volunteers show great enthusiasm and seem to be a good number to engage in various initiatives concurrently.

As mentioned by @Dev and @Glenn and reaffirmed by @Maureen, our goal needs to be to ensure our resources are accessible, user-friendly, and in a multi-sensorial format for everyone. Thus, our focus is on how can we do more 'outreach' in an effective way, and 'engage' more individuals ensuring that they feel confortable in our At-Large community and in Policy commenting.

Lets keep brainstorming!

By the way, thank you to all our volunteers for stepping forward.

Taking persons to the wiki for a link to a recording is an challenge for mobile users and persons unfamiliar with at large confused by the at large default meeting page.

Lets take a minute to assess the number of sessions and the number of attendees plus the number per RALO and the number of new folks on the call.
>> If we use some kind of metrics for NetGen, Fellows and ATLAS 3 Ambassadors as attendees we can measure tangible outcomes as to new folks. Perhaps some of the volunteers can record the names and their constituency per call and provide some analytics
>> A calendar of all the talks with a consistent date and time would help people plan their time to include them into their schedules
>> Some effort to create promotional literature and the distribution outside the ICANN bubble would also be a good idea
