Thanks for the awesome overview Collin. I think the following things are
on the horizon for the coming time which could be focus of work:

- Development of an ICANN SO/AC wide reference HRIA model
- Development of an HRIA model for the GNSO
- Development of an HRIA model for the ccNSO
- Development of an HRIA model for the ASO
- Development of an HRIA model for the GAC
- Development of an HRIA model for the ALAC
- Development of an HRIA model for the SSAC
- Development of an HRIA model for the RSSAC
- Testing, evaluation and improvement of said models with the respective
SOs and ACs (maybe do a shadow HRIA / trial run)
- Integration of said models in the procedures of said SOs and ACs
- Providing input to the organization that is doing the HRIA of the
ICANN org (I am not sure where the board sits in the models btw. Should
the board have its own HRIA, or would that fall under the HRIA of the org?)

Part of this work could coincide with the work of the implementation
team, but if we start working on this it could also feed into the
implementation team of course, similar to how our research fed the
beginning of WS2.

Hope this helps!

Best,

Niels
