[cc-humanrights] New CCWP-HR Co-chair

Hi,

Thanks for the welcome everyone and Collin! This past year I've been 
working on ensuring ICANN gives due and more consideration to human 
rights in its different processes and now, its good to have the platform 
of the CCWP to do so. Its exciting to have this community of people 
interested and engaged in progressing the same values as me. I look
