Rafik,

Thanks a lot for this information.
In the past, at least from memory, there were talks about comprehensive
UDRP review - aka 'reform' - is this no longer the case? is it incorrect to
refer to it as a reform (because there might not be one following a
review....?)

I would also really appreciate any updates on the HR bylaw - has it been
approved or not yet?
