Additional relevant information: Nepal, South Asian Himalayan third world  
country with small economy and low income people. Beside this, the registry  
operation here in Nepal is unique, they do  not charge domain registration  
fee from the very beginning of the service. The benefit is to the local  
community if Nepal. We also do not have preset fund for such event  
participation round the year. so I request you to provide full ccNSO Travel  
Funding for coming ICAnn meeting in Johannesburg.
