My first intention to apply is to become a part of an active ccNSO working
group. As a newcomer in the whole ICANN environment I’m eager to learn and
to broaden my knowledge, specifically in and around the ccNSO.
As a small setup, I believe we can contribute with how to run and operate a
small ccTLD, share experiences and best practices and of course recent
developments in the .fo zone.

I understood that the current draft schedule for the upcoming ccNSO Members
Meeting in Puerto Rico foresees a legal Session, which makes it even more
motivating and eloquent to attend, in terms of our operation, as we are
currently working on a new regulation.

Additional relevant information:
My name is Guðrun Poulsen and I’m the ccTLD Manager for .fo domains.
My main responsibility is to assure that the ccTLD .fo is functioning for the
end user.
Furthermore, my responsibility is to update the FO Council on what is
happening around the .fo operation, and to allocate them on how to run the
operation as smoot and user friendly as possible.
