ideas for the development of the ccNSO's monthly newsletter. I consider it a
minor contribution but I would like to continue supporting the ccNSO with
what I know that is communication.

tangibly to the ccNSO's communication strategy. For this reason, I was
thinking that a working group could be created that supports ccNSO
Secretariat communication activities, with at least one member of each

Any additional information you would like to share? Since we are a very small
operation, we don't have funds in our budget to pay for travel expenses to
attend to ICANN 64 at Kobe, Japan. If you allow me I can give a presentation
during the marketing session or the ccTLD news session, to share with the
community our experience. Hopefully we can give other ccTLDs some ideas on
how to engage with their customers and also would love to receive feedback
and suggestions on how we can improve our marketing strategies.
