  Any additional information you would like to share?:
I been appointed a Director of ccTLD Division of the Lao National Internet 
Center (LANIC) since 2022. The management and administration of the ccTLD .LA 
and IDN .ລາວ is very challenging for me. There are many things that I 
have to learn whether it is technical, legal, innovation and participating as 
members. Whether it is ICANN, ccNSO, GAC and others that have policies, 
legislation, strategies related to ccTLD that I have to research and study to 
apply to the country.
In the past, I have never attended an ICANN or ccNSO meeting in person. This 
meeting may be the first time that I will be able to attend and meet the 
members.
So far, I have been appointed as the Alternate ccNSO contact of ccTLD .LA, 
which is considered the best opportunity for me to participate, learn and 
exchange to develop myself in this field.
