All,

Please find attached the final working document for a review mechanism.

I have done a significant cleanup of abbreviations etc. but there are no
substantive changes to what has been presented and agreed.

Given there are no substantive changes I will only do a quick page-by-page
(and not line-by-line or word-by-word) review of this version of the
document at our Wednesday meeting which should allow us to approve this as
our final working version.
