<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:.5in"><span style="color:black">4.1. There are at most 5 CCPDP-RM plenary meetings between ICANN 74 and 75 which is insufficient to launch a public consultation prior to ICANN 75.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:.5in"><span style="color:black">4.2. As such we should aim to have finalized the draft RM, including the stress tests, and present this at ICANN 75 (including a special presentation to the GAC). Barring any surprises,
this should allow the CCPDP-RM to launch a public consultation in the October-November time frame and complete this for the end of the calendar year.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:.5in"><span style="color:black">4.3. Once the public consultation is completed the CCPDP-RM should finalize the policy by the end of February 2023 and be ready for ICANN 76.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
