[ccPDP4-IDNWG] ccPDP4 IDN: Basic Policy proposal for IDN ccTLD String Selection Process

Dear WG members,

Please find attached the consolidated sections 1-9 Basic Policy proposal for IDN ccTLD String Selection Process document also posted on the wiki.<https://community.icann.org/x/coBIC> This version includes section 9, which was reviewed on yesterday’s WG teleconference.  Meeting page wiki<https://community.icann.org/x/jQCHCg> (recording, attendance, background material).

The full ccPDP4 IDN WG will pause it’s work but may meet on an ad-hoc basis.  The IDN Variant Management and Deselection Subgroups will continue to meet on alternating weeks.  As a reminder, all are welcome to join these subgroups as members or observers.
