[CCT-IA] CCT Accepted Recommendations - Plan for Implementation DRAFT

Dear Jonathan, Andrew, Jordyn, Lareen,  Carlton and David,
Thank you for making the time to have a discussion with the Board members of the CCT Caucus Group later today.

The purpose of the call is to update you on progress made in addressing the 1 March Board resolution, and to walk through the draft plan for implementation for accepted recommendations, ahead of posting of the plan for public comment.
