Although in the last meeting of CCWG, the move was about collecting a list
of experts.

If find there was a rush to contract Sarah, because according to the
Charter In the Expert Advisors section, it is up to the CCWG to determines
the type of experts needed along the way.

In all cases Sarah's expertise is an added value,
