Thanks John.  Does this mean ISOC would NOT want to partner with ICANN to receive and administer Auction Proceeds funds?

Um, so am I.  The ISOC foundation is not looking for more work, but if you'd like we could arrange to tell you how we identified our five target areas and are developing our grant management policies.
