[Ccwg-auctionproceeds] REMINDER - Deadline Thursday, 28 May - minority statements

Hi Emily

The more that I see the statement of "small minority", the more I cannot
agree with the "small" being included there.
If you are still asking, my vote goes to removing  "small" from the
consensus definition so that it reads "a position where a minority
disagrees, but a majority agree"
