The strategic plan missed out one critical component which can help to further both ICANN and the Internet globalize. Given the languages diversity of the region and the largest chunk of the population remain unconnected there needs to be a big big focus on adding local scripts in the IDN space.  I believe IDN needs to be one of the top items from the priority list of ICANN’s Africa strategic plan.
