[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Annual price increases limits online free speech

I'm commenting specifically about allowing annual price increases to .com
domains.

With the online platforms becoming more closed and protected, direct
ownership of a website is the only way for free expression that remains
unhinged and open to all.

Opening the gate for annual price increases will shut that last gate of
free expression off. Free expression should not be subservient to
commercial interests.

Corporations will always want to make more money. It's fine; it's their
goal - I am a business person too. But whatever claims are made, it is
clear the domain system and commercial activities around are flourishing
already. Proper capitalism protects limited public resources - .com domains
are exactly that type of resource. Price increases are just not required.

Thank you for reading,
Itamar
