The proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement is an undue attack
on both small businesses and contractors alike. It allows for a monopoly of
power that effectively bars accessibility by removing protection against
annual price increases.

I oppose this Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement.
