[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] amendment on annual price increases

I oppose the amendment allowing annual price increases on .com domains.  
Price increases should only occur when adjusted for inflation.  Many who 
are not profit making businesses use the .com domain because it is the 
most popular domain name.  Our organization has a .com domain for that 
very reason.  Please stop these attacks on the 99%.
