[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement

As a small business owner I am VERY opposed to the increases proposed to
Dot Com domain name registration and renewal.   ICANN is upposed to govern
the domain name system in the public interest ... not for the interest of
Registrars.

Adding costs to domain owners is not called for, and will be detrimental to
many small online publishers.  We hope that you consider the affect any
increases will have on our industry and on the public.

I am a registrant of a .com domain name.

I am against the proposed price increase to .COM domains.

ICANN is supposed to govern the domain name system in the public interest.
