[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] do not price domains out of reach of consumers

Wholesale price increases will result in a large # of users and
entrepreneurs being priced out of the system. This is contrary to what the
internet was supposed to be about in the first place.

Limit cost increases and provide a HIGHER level of transparency and
accountability for Verisign and ICANN, lest these organizations become yet
more monolithic corporations more interested in profit than nurturing this
vital resource.
