Efficiency from technology improvement over the year should allow the price
freeze of .com domain pricing to be still profitable for Verisign.  Many
.com holders are people with personal sites like myself from the early days
of the internet and we would not appreciate this increase and do not feel
it is acceptable.  No price increase!
