[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Opposed to any increases

I, too, care about reducing the barriers to the open web. As a registrant
of several small scale .com, .net and .org domains, I am opposed to the
proposed price increase to .COM domains. The current rate of $7.85 is
already too high - as technology moves forward, these prices should
decrease and not the opposite. ICANN is supposed to govern the domain name
system in the public interest, and not be a slave to corporate interests
such as Verisign.
