[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Comment regarding Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement

I was alerted by my registrar that this proposal did not have sufficient oversight and was drafted behind closed doors. This is unacceptable for a change that will have such a tremendous effect on the internet as a whole. The amendment in its current form should be scrapped and the process should begin anew, done properly this time.
