ICANN,

I oppose any increases to .com pricing for wholesale registries. Please act
as a fiduciary <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fiduciary> to the people and
to the health of the web. Increasing costs alienate populations which rely
on the web to connect them to other parts of the world.
