I just want to add my voice to those who do not want to see the 
continued price increases for .com domains.  There is already a change 
to nearly require certs for all website, even without e-commerce.  This 
already increases the cost of having a web presence.  Increasing the 
cost of the domains is yet another cost that will slow the growth of the 
web.  So please do not approve the price increases.
