The internet is a wonderful place that has free information, available to
everyone regardless of economic status. If the costs of domain names goes
up, individuals may not be able to afford to publish their own personal
websites. The internet will loose a valuable subset of websites that
provide information that large corporations do not.

Please don't make any changes to the .COM registration process.
