Hello, I am writing to voice my opinion in opposition to Proposed Amendment 3.

For me its simple. Right now, more than every before small business owners have a low barrier of entry into the digital world. I work with successful people who have taken chances with online businesses ideas because of this low barrier. 


I understand that for most established businesses price hikes such as this likely won't mean much but it will impact the millions of small, independent businesses and developers that rely on .com domains and those who will loose motivation to start business due to high startup/renewal fees will be a true loss to use all.
