To whom it may concern,

The internet serves the function of a public utility these days, and to
that end it is important that it remain as accessible as possible to people
who wish to operate a website. It is very important that verisign not be
allowed to increase the price of .com domains, the most popular and most
well-known TLD, with such reckless abandon as has been proposed.
