ICANN representatives, this amendment will generate cost prohibitive changes to the purchase of .com domains that will eliminate opportunities for individuals, underserved small businesses, and charitable organizations to maintain their online presence. Without the ability to predict rising costs of domains, individuals and organizations will struggle to offset the expense. These changes also come with limited fiscal oversight and clarity into decision-making processes. As a citizen and domain holder, I urge you to take a more fiscally-responsible and transparent approach.
