[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement

My understanding is that this agreement was agreed to without any knowledge
of the people who sell domain names to the users or the users themselves. I
think .COM names should not be treated like a commodity in general commerce
and more like a public good. So prices should be dealt with accordingly and
all relevant parties should be involved in changes to the agreement.
