[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Proposed Amendment 3 to COM

Verisign has done nothing but lobby a governing body for their own
benefits, while passing the detriment off to others.

As a registrant of a dot com domain, I am against the proposed increase in
price of .COM top level domains.
