[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Stop Amendment 3

This amendment is bad for the future health of the internet. Keeping the
prices of .coms without allowing continued increases will continue to keep
access to the internet available to more people of the world. This is
imperative to the continued healthy growth of the internet. Restricting
.coms to only people who can afford the growing cost will negatively effect
the future of the open internet.
