Dear Sir or Madam,

I am in complete opposition to the secret contract between ICANN and
VeriSign regarding .COM domains - it will increase prices needlessly and if
left unchecked will inevitably lead to Government oversight of the Internet
if ICANN is a poor steward of this global resource.

I urge a Price Cap on all domains pricing effective immediately and that
ICANN be open and transparent to any and all actions that could impact the
global businesses and individuals who rely on the worldwide web.

Failure to heed this request will lead to changes n how ICANN will be
permitted to operate. If ICANN is not responsive to we the citizens -
changes will be made by Governments based on citizens needs.

Thank you.

Sincerely,
Frederick Rose
