I ONLY support the increase IF the domain hoarders/squatters RECEIVE
increase than legitimate domain holders.

DOMAIN OWNERS MUST be required to activate and demonstrate ACTUAL USE of
their domains on a regular basis.  Use the increased fees to pay for labor
for this verification process.
