[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Increased domain prices isn't a good idea.

This is really sad! These changes will make .Com domains less accessable
for the public. This means people will have a harder time operating their
websites. I don't believe this is good for anyone. It certainly will put
pressure on online marketers with little money. This can not be good for
future business for either part.
