[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Do Not Raise .Com Prices

Hi,

It is unfair to raise .com prices, as websites that already have them have
to continue to pay to renew unless they want to abandon their site. It
would decrease site quality and spammers would take over the web buying
sites that owners may no longer be able to pay for and keep up. Raising the
prices would not accomplish anything except hurt those who already have
.com's.
