Your supposed comment form at https://www.icann.org/public-comments/com-amendment-3-2020-01-03-en/mail_form <https://www.icann.org/public-comments/com-amendment-3-2020-01-03-en/mail_form> asks for my personal data and then does nothing. The Continue button does nothing. Well done good job.

This is another regrettable example of ICANN putting itself ahead of the interests of the users of the internet. A commercial enterprise like Verisign shouldn’t be in charge of this to begin with, let alone given free reign to price the annoying individuals out of the market and reserve the net for their large corporate friends.

Fortunately for you, ICANN is in practice answerable to no one, so you can bin this along with all the other “feedback”.
