Please do not allow Verisign to increase the wholesale price to registrars for .COM domains every year for 8 out of the next 10 years.  Such increases would make domain ownership less accessible for small businesses and independent retailers.  Less accessibility would make the internet less diverse, diminishing its usefulness for everyone.  Keep price caps in place.
