To whom it may concern,

The proposed future changes that ICANN will implement will hurt small businesses especially with increasing
prices especially with the possibility of no ceiling or caps. 

The current system works and to go against it is anti competitive and would make owning a domain name available
to only those who can afford it.

I am against the proposed changes of increased prices and will tell all of my contacts to share their frustration with ICANN as well.
