To whom it may concern,

I wish to voice my opinion in
opposition to the proposed
amendment 3 to the .COM registry
agreement. It appears that the
proposed amendment is designed
solely to price smaller companies
out of the .COM TLD market. The
.COM TLD should not be reserved
for multinationals or the rich and
famous. Given that it's the
globally recognised TLD it's
unfair to make it financially
unreachable to smaller companies
and non-profit organisations.

We personally register annually
over 20 .COM TLD's. If the
proposed amendments causes prices
increases of 70% or more that
would be a huge hit to our already
dwindling income from hosting and
registration. You are going to
force companies out of business by
doing so - and to what end?

What is the proposed increase in
registration cost supposed to do
for the internet?

Unless there is a huge benefit for
internet users in general I
believe this amendment should not
be allowed to go ahead.
