[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] NO to .COM price increases

I submit that the agreement between ICANN and Verisign should be modified
to significantly limit, or better yet put a moratorium on, price
increases related to the .COM domain registry. This is nothing but a pure
money grab on Verisign's behalf, signed off on by ICANN. There is no
transparency into the need for any such increases in fees, and no
accountability on how the money is spent or what benefit it will provide to
the wider COM domain community. I respectfully ask that the agreement be
thrown out until a much more transparent and restrictive price increase
policy can be implemented.

Sincerely,
Todd Miller
