[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Please reconsider Amendment 3 and its impact vs who will benefit most

Hello, I am writing to oppose the Proposed Amendment 3, which will simply
at the cost of the public interest you should be protecting, give Verisign
even more capability to monopolize and ruin the accessibility and freedom
that should be at the heart of the internet.
The current costs are more than enough and should not be able to
continuously influenced by a company with no interest in the need of
regular individuals or small businesses needing this kind of domain to be
presentable.
