[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Regarding ICANN Proposal allowing for price increase

Dear Sir/Madam,

This amendment should never have existed. This would affect the world in
many ways. Verisign being allowed to increase prices and also being allowed
to register domains means the could be Anti competitive practices that
might come up.

Please do not go ahead with the proposal.
