[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement

As a small business owner that provides web hosting among my services I am opposed to this amendment. This kind of agreement made in secrecy to allow for dramatic price increases by a monopoly holder is reprehensible. This is now how a free and open Internet should be run.
